Let’s raise a slice, pizza fanatics: to hot pizzas and warm cardboard boxes; to pans, peels, cheese, sauce, and crust; to the folks who craft their ingredients into something magical; to the very best pizza inMyrtle Beach Ducati’s Italian pizzeria and Trattoria. The pizza was VERY good, the service was okay. However, on a late December evening you need to ask for a seat far from the door because you’ll get cold every time it opens. Myrtle Beach   now has winner for best pizza  Ducatis has turned into a pizza icon and cash cow.
They’ve made front page news for Myrtle Beach Pizza and even landed a show on the Pizza Channel. Not bad. Some might argue that the myrtle beach  isn’t what it once was, but you can’t argue that’s it’s not a Myrtle Beach Pizza Icon.
“Simple is hard,” notes Ducati’s Pizzeria & Trattoria– owner-nick. “We do it right.”
Ducatis Pizzeria & Trattoria owner Nick Stefanchik is dedicated to providing local and sustainable ingredients. Factor in dough made from scratch daily, homemade cheese, and a wood-fired oven, and you get the best pies of pizza in Myrtle Beach whose style is kind of like a neo-Neapolitan with a super-charred cornicione on steroids.
The signature pizza is the San Remo Pizza, but if you want to take a page out of President Trump‘s book, order the Al Fresco Pizza Sliced tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese.— his order last year. From all reports, the man knows good food.
